The Iron Lung Ladder

This is a challenging 'standard' type workout designed as a descending ladder to test your muscular endurance and cardiovascular capacity. Pace yourself on the lunges to ensure you can maintain form throughout the descending rep scheme. Focus on a strong core engagement during the burpees and controlled movements during the Romanian Deadlifts.
