This is a fast-paced RFT (Rounds For Time) workout designed to build full-body endurance. Pace yourself through each round, focusing on maintaining good form. Try to minimize rest between exercises and rounds for a greater challenge.
3 rounds of:
- Burpees 10 reps
- Squats 20 reps
- Pushups 15 reps
- Step Back Lunge L 10 reps
- Step Back Lunge R 10 reps
