This is a demanding RFT (Rounds For Time) workout designed to hit your entire body with a focus on strength and cardiovascular endurance. Pace yourself wisely, especially on the burpees and sumo squats, to maintain a consistent effort throughout all rounds. Focus on controlled descents and explosive power on the way up during your squatting movements.

- Sumo Squats 30 reps
- Dumbbell Row 25 reps
- Shoulder Press 25 reps
- Pushups 25 reps
- Burpees 15 reps
