Posture Restoration Protocol
This session is designed to counteract the effects of daily slouching by prioritizing upper back activation, shoulder mobility, and posterior chain strength. We will use an RFT structure to ensure you maintain high-quality movement patterns under fatigue. Focus on full range of motion—especially on the Goalposts and Chest Openers—to truly open up the chest and engage the scapular stabilizers.

- Goalposts 20 reps
- Chest Openers 20 reps
- Band Pull Aparts 25 reps
- Bridges 20 reps
- Single Leg Deadlift L 15 reps
- Single Leg Deadlift R 15 reps
