This is a challenging 15-minute AMRAP designed to torch your shoulders and arms. Focus on maintaining a consistent pace; pushing too hard too early will lead to burnout. Break up the Shoulder Presses and Overhead Tri Ext into small, manageable sets if needed, but aim for minimal rest between them.
