This is a challenging AMRAP designed to build momentum and test your cardiovascular and muscular endurance. Focus on finding a sustainable pace for each exercise in the round and maintain it throughout the 15 minutes. Break up the lunges into smaller sets if needed, and try to keep your pace consistent on the burpees and squats to maximize your rounds.
