Back & Biceps Blitz
This is a high-intensity RFT workout designed to blast your back and biceps. Focus on maintaining a consistent pace throughout the rounds; avoid going all-out on the first round. Break the dumbbell rows into sets if needed to ensure good form, and actively squeeze your biceps at the top of each curl.
5 rounds of:
- Dumbbell Row 45 reps
- Curls 45 reps
- Pullups 20 reps
