The Repetition Rally
This is a high-rep, multi-exercise RFT that will challenge your muscular endurance and cardiovascular system. Aim to keep your rest periods short and find a consistent pace for each exercise to complete as many rounds as possible. Focus on controlled movements and efficient transitions between exercises to maximize your output.

- Romanian Dead Lift 15 reps
- Lateral Arm Raise 15 reps
- Pushups 25 reps
- Step Back Lunge L 15 reps
- Step Back Lunge R 15 reps
- High Knees 60s
