The Tri-Force Challenge
This is a challenging RFT workout designed to hit your full body with a focus on muscular endurance. Aim to maintain a consistent pace throughout all three rounds, breaking reps as needed but minimizing rest. Focus on controlled movements and full range of motion, especially on the Romanian Dead Lifts and Lunges.
3 rounds of:
- Romanian Dead Lift 15 reps
- Pushups 20 reps
- Step Back Lunge L 12 reps
- Step Back Lunge R 12 reps
- Shoulder Press 15 reps
- High Knees 40 reps
