This is a 5-round, core-focused RFT that demands stability and endurance. The combination of unilateral loading from the deadlifts and rotation from the twists will force your core to work overtime. Focus on maintaining a tight midsection through the deadlift reps and control your rotation during the Russian Twists to maximize the stimulus.
5 rounds of:
- Single Leg Deadlift R 20 reps
- Single Leg Deadlift L 20 reps
- Russian Twists 35 reps
- Goblet Squats 25 reps
