Dumbbell & Bodyweight RFT
Five rounds for time. This workout combines dumbbell exercises with bodyweight movements for a full-body challenge. Choose a dumbbell weight that allows you to maintain good form throughout. Break the squats and lunges into smaller sets if needed to maintain pace.
5 rounds of:
- Dumbbell Row 12 reps
- Shoulder Press 12 reps
- Step Back Lunge L 10 reps
- Step Back Lunge R 10 reps
- Pushups 15 reps
